Delete your data

You’re always in control of your data in Vyne. There are two ways to delete it.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Vyne and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Your vyne, tap End our vyne and confirm.
- This starts a 30-day grace period so you or your partner can undo it by mistake. During this window either of you can restore everything.
- After 30 days, all of the couple’s shared data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Option 2 — By email
To delete your account and personal data directly, email arunrajiah@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my Vyne data”. We’ll process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Permanent deletion removes your account and all associated content, including:
- Your profile (name, email) and authentication record.
- All shared content: daily-question answers, drawings, game results, firsts, and time-capsule letters.
- All uploaded media: photos and voice notes (the underlying files are removed from storage).
- Your pairing, love score, streaks, and history.
This action cannot be undone once the deletion completes.
What we retain
We do not keep backups of deleted couple data beyond the deletion process. We may retain minimal records only where required by law.
