These terms govern your use of Vyne (the “app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vyne. Questions: arunrajiah@gmail.com.
You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (at least 13, or older where required) to use Vyne. Vyne is designed for two individuals in a relationship to share a private space.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Sign in is provided through Google or email; keep your credentials safe.
You keep ownership of everything you create in Vyne — answers, drawings, photos, voice notes, letters, and more. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content to you and your paired partner, and to operate the service. We don’t use your content for advertising and we never sell it.
Don’t use Vyne to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload content you don’t have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Vyne is a private space for two; don’t use it to harass or harm anyone.
Vyne links exactly two accounts. Either partner may end the vyne, which starts a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days it can be restored; after that, the couple’s shared data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We work to keep Vyne running smoothly, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyne and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
